Website Policies

Internet Ordering

MINIMUM ORDER OF £10.00 (including postage)

We will aim to post your order to you on the day we receive it! No waiting for 21 days!

This applies to orders and payments arriving at the shop by 12.00 noon (Tues - Friday)

If any of the goods are out of stock but due to arrive from the wholesaler in the next few days, we may hold on to your order until these arrive. We will let you know about any significant delay and you can tell us if you wish to cancel that part of the order.

If an order is dispatched in more than one part you will only be charged for delivery once.

Cooling Off Period

Under UK law you are entitled to a "cooling off" period after placing your order.

You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges other than postage.

You are also responsible for the return postage of goods.

Goods must be returned as new and unused. Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs or containers must be unopened. The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit.

You must notify us in writing (a telephone call is not sufficient) either by e-mail, or write to 8 Park View, Coychurch, Bridgend CF35 5HS. Refunds will be processed within 30 days notice of cancellation.
